Families are offered varying levels of support from early intervention to the more intensive personalised service that our Brighter Futures initiative delivers.

We’re looking for an ambitious Deputy Team Manager to join our MAST (Multi Agency Support Team) team.  MAST is a frontline team who work with children, pre-birth to 18 year old who are in need of support and service intervention through Child In Need, Child Protection or LAC. The teams are made up of a variety of disciplines including Family Support Workers, Youth Workers, Clinical Psychologists and Social Workers. The team have recently been through an exciting transformation and are looking for a Deputy Team Manager who is innovative, creative and not afraid to work in a demanding and challenging environment. The teams works in conjunction with partner agencies including Police, Public Protection, Housing, early help, Probation and Health to determine and deliver the most appropriate level of intervention and support.
Working in the team will broaden your knowledge on Child Protection processes, Child In Need processes, Looked After Child processes and legal frameworks. Excellent training is offered through Ealing training team throughout including on CSE, children missing, domestic violence, managing risk, child development etc.

This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role.  This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
