We offer annual salary increments, to the top of your scale, determined through assessment of your work performance and any other business considerations. Salaries are also reviewed every year taking into account any decisions of the appropriate national and/or provincial negotiating bodies.

Please note that on the Social Worker career grade scheme, new employees will be appointed to the appropriate point of the scale based on their skills, abilities and performance at interview. Once employed by Ealing, individuals have the opportunity to move through the grades based on local agreed criteria.
